Each rider, or guest assumes all risk and liability participating in equestrian activities at Groves P/H.
Training/Board payments are due in advance buy the 5th of each month.
Show fees will be invoiced following each show and will be due when received.
Clients are responsible for leaving a check with Groves P/H for show expenses when they are not able to attend the show when their horse is showing, unless prior arrangements are made.
Clients are responsible for all farrier and vet bills. Any farrier bills that are covered by Groves P/H will be billed in the following month.
Vet supplies such as wormer, will be billed in the month it is given.
All horses must have a current coggins test on file with Groves P/H.
It is recommended that all clients have horse insurance on their animals and tack left in the barn and trailer of Groves P/H as Groves P/H is not responsible for lost or stolen tack or injury, death or illness of horses left in training. Futurity winnings are on a private agreement.
Any invoices that are past the 15th of the month will be subject to a 3% late fee. Please keep in mind that we are spending money in the professional care and overseeing of your horse.
